Please only leave donations during store hours. DO NOT leave anything outside the Loyalton Thrift Store after hours! DO NOT leave ripped, broken, or extremely damaged items. Most to all of the employees/volunteers are in their late 70s and 80s leaving large amounts of garbage like this is unacceptable. It is very hard for them to sort through this along with clean the items and prepare to put them out. Please remember only donate during store hours. Those are; Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 10-2. Do not donate on weekends, Mondays or Wednesdays please. Make sure the items you donate are useable. Thank you. 

The Loyalton Thrift Store is located near the Loyalton Museum. Incorporated Senior Citizens of Sierra County is fortunate to have the infrastructure to maintain a "built-in" fundraiser staffed by volunteers in the community. All merchandise is donated, therefore 100% of the proceeds are profit. Funds raised are used to pay some of the fixed costs of operating the Loyalton Senior Center, as well as unexpected costs. It is one of the few places local residents can buy clothing, shoes, household items, jewelry and more!
